How much does junk removal cost?

Are there any items you can’t pick up?
While we aim to handle most junk removal needs, there are certain items we are unable to pick up due to safety and environmental regulations. These include:
- Flammable and combustible materials
- Wood treated with creosote, petroleum derivatives, or similar substances
- Concrete containing rebar
- Semi-solid and liquid waste (e.g., raw sewage, septic tank sludge, grease trappings)
- Industrial or commercial spools
- Waste oil or oil filters
- Asbestos
- Drywall from 1990 or earlier

How far in advance do I need to book junk removal?
We pride ourselves on offering prompt service and can typically schedule a pick-up within 24 hours. In many cases, we’re able to accommodate same-day requests. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work around your schedule and provide quick, efficient service.
Do you offer junk removal outside of Kamloops?
Yes, we do! In addition to Kamloops, we also provide junk removal services to the surrounding areas. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll be happy to provide you with an estimate for your location.
How & when do I pay?
We accept cash and e-transfer as our main payment options. Payment is due once your junk has been loaded, before we leave.
Can I pay by credit card?
In certain cases yes, but only if requested at the time of booking. Our teams don’t carry portable card readers (POS terminals), so the invoice must be paid before we can schedule your pickup. A 3% credit card fee will be applied as well additional fees if the pickup is larger/different than anticipated. For these reasons, we strongly recommend using one of our preferred payment methods – cash or e-transfer.
